Hunger Pangs

I ate a lot today. Big meal for breakfast (tocino, egg, chicken curry and rice). Big meal for lunch (chicken curry, a taste of dinugguan, pinakbet and rice). I thought i won't be hungry for tonight and will then opt for fruits for dinner. But now, hunger pangs strike me. I need food!

I know how you feel. I was like that on my 1st trinester. It slowed down a bit by the 2nd trimester. Watch how much you eat though kasi you don't want to gain more than the recommended amount.
